The Manila Children’s Home opened on January 13, 2014 with a mission of caring for at-risk children, particularly 6- to 18-year-old boys who have been neglected or abandoned to live on the streets. The home provides a comfortable and friendly environment for the children, and our staff gives them the guidance and love that they should have received from their family.
We believe these children can be healed from the pain of being neglected, abused, orphaned or abandoned and taught to become responsible and productive members of society. So far, 20 boys have been helped at the the MCH; 10 have been reunited with their families or adopted.
In addition to the boys at the MCH, ER will be opening multiple Dream Centers in Metro Manila to serve vulnerable youth. Your monthly scholarship money will help care for these kids. Scholarship funds will be used to provide food, clothing, school supplies and educational reinforcement activities, as well as operate the children’s home and Dream Centers.
