This year marks 25 years of Extreme Response as an legal charity! ER started when our founders saw heartbreaking need in the Quito Dump and were inspired by God to respond. By His grace, we have served faithfully in Ecuador ever since. Click here to watch a video showing how it all began.

Next God placed South Africa on our hearts. After hosting short-term teams and helping with projects, ER opened an office.

That allowed us to see a huge need – kids were failing and dropping out of school. We knew this was preventable and launched the Fish Hoek Dream Center to give at-risk children a path to success. Click here to see Amy Townsend share our vision for helping kids and families.

About the same time, God presented opportunities to serve vulnerable people in the Philippines. Initially we helped kids living on the streets. That led to helping entire communities. Click here to see Joshua and our team share how God is restoring the people we serve.
